The call is wild and clear. Kanha National Park in the
central state of India offers some wonderful wildlife
viewing opportunities. Take a week off and enter into
the Jungle Book written by Rudyard Kipling and see the
Jungle Home of Mowgli-the Jungle Boy. You can feel the
presence of Mowgli riding on the Black Panther with
his friends the avuncular Bhaloo -the bear; Kaa- the
Python; and those rowdy monkeys; the bunder log and
Sher Kahn- The tiger.
The itinerary:
Day 01:New DelhiArrival at the International
airport. You will be received by our representative
and transferred to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Evening to enjoy the sound & light show at the Red
fort.
Day 02: New DelhiMove out for sight
seeing tour of Old and New Delhi which includes visit
to Chandni Chowk, Jama Masjid, Humayun's tomb, Kutub
Minar, Raj Ghat, India Gate, President's House. You
will be transferred to the railway station to depart
for Jabalpur. Overnight train journey.
Day 03: JabalpurEarly morning arrival
with warm welcome. Transfer to the hotel. Proceed for
excursion to "Bheraghat (Marble Mountains)"
and "Dhuandar Falls". Over night at the hotel
Day 04:Kanha National Park:We take
morning drive to Kanha National Park. Check-in the hotel.
Proceed for the gypsy jungle safari after the lunch..
Over night at the Jungle
Day 05:Kanha National Park: Move
out for Gypsy jungle safari deep inside the Kanha national
park to see various wild animals in their most natural
habitat. If lucky you will see the mighty tiger.Aftre
lunch move out once again for the jungle gypsy safri.
Evening to enjoy the tribal folk dances.
Day 06: Kanha National ParkEnjoy
the jungle gypsy safari in the morning. In the evening
move out to explore of your the tribal villages around
the park
Day 07:New DelhiMorning to enjoy
the jungle gypsy safari in the evening you will be transferred
to the railway station to board the train for Delhi.Over
night train journey.
Day 08: New Delhi:
On arrival you will be received by our representative
and transferred to your hotel. Evening free to explore
the city of your own.
Day 09:Departure:
Morning at leisure. At an appropriate time you will
be transferred to board the flight for your onward journey.
