"Point to Point"
The group will be divided into teams & will
be taken out on a trek cum Navigation exercise.

match lessons.
a) Comraderie.
b) Instinct to win.

to develop communication skills and inter personal
relationships. Party games will be organised.
DAY 03

Zero Agenda
Open discussion on any problem area to be brought
in any sphere of the work place, all participants
will be expected to offer solutions to given problem.
Lesson :-
a) Ability to Analyze a problem.
b) Working Alternatives & selection or the best
alternative.
c) Management of collaboration.
1030 - 1200 hrs Exercise
at Waterbanks to inculcate peace & manage stress.
1215 - 1245 hrs Summation
of the training.
1300 hrs Lunch
1430 hrs Depart Waterbanks.
Notes :
a) A talk on enriching relationship at the work
place can be organised at any appropriate time.
b) Exercises involving rock climbing /ballooning/bunjee
jumping can also be organised.
Price range from Rs.800 to Rs.1500 per day depending
on group size & location.
These training programmes can be organised at Ganga
Banks riverside resort & camp near Rishikesh,
our summer camp (April, May, June) at Beas Banks
(Kullu-Manali), Chail or at Waterbanks island resort,
only 40 kms from Delhi or any other venue of your
choice.
